It's important to handle failure and uncertainty....

Heartbroken & pained to hear of a young Bollywood actor losing his life.  As a parent I cry....he has left with unimaginable pain to his Family. Unfair Son. Why did you do it ???

The biggest skill & quality the young generation has to be taught is to handle failure & uncertainty.

No guys. No glory. No legend. No story.

To all parents🙏

There was a very brilliant boy, he always scored 100% in Science.

Got Selected for IIT Madras and scored excellent in IIT.

Went to the University of California for MBA.
Got a high paying job in America and settled there.

Married a Beautiful Girl.

Bought a 5 room big house and luxury cars.
He had everything that make him successful but a few years ago he committed suicide after shooting his wife and children.

*WHAT WENT WRONG?*

California Institute of Clinical Psychology Studied his case and found *“what went wrong?”*

The researcher met the boy's friends and family and found that he lost his job due to America’s economic crisis and he had to sit without a job for a long time.

After even reducing his previous salary amount, he didn't get any job.

Then his house installment broke and he and his family lost the home.

They survived a few months with less money and then he and his wife together decided to commit suicide.

He first shot his wife and children and then shot himself.

The case concluded that the man was Programmed for *success* but he was not *trained for handling failures*.

Now let's come to the actual question.

*What are the habits of highly successful people?*

First of all, I want to tell you that if you have achieved everything, there is a chance to lose everything, nobody knows when the next economic crisis will hit the world.

*The best success habit is getting trained for handling failures*.

I want to request every parent, please do not only program your child to be *successful* but *teach them how to handle failures* and also teach them proper lessons about life.

Learning high-level science and maths will help them to clear competitive exams but a knowledge about life will help them to face every problem.

Teach them about how *money works* instead of teaching them to *work for money*.

Help them in finding their passion because these degrees will not help them in the next economic crisis and we don’t know when the next crisis will hit the world.

*"Success is a lousy teacher. Failure teaches you more."*

*_Please share with other parents._*

As Mahatma Gandhi to India ......as Sai baba to Shiridi .... as Gopabandhu Das to Odisha... similarly he was to Aul, Kendrapara. In fact, people in that locality admired him more than Gopabandhu Das.It can be verified through evidences. Because, he was no less than the others in fighting for the freedom of the nation. He was imprisoned several times during the British rule. He had completely neglected his family for the sake of society. After getting married for 16 years, he was blessed with his one and only daughter, Kunjalata Das. Most of the time he was out of home, doing social work. Hardly had she got any affection, he passed away in 1961 leaving his wife Radhamani and a small child to struggle ever a...

(2020 edition).........COVID-19  restricted Rath Yatra.......                               ______________________________________________          LORD  JAGANNATH &                                     THE WORLD FAMOUS  CAR  FESTIVAL     On the occasion of Rath Yatra (Car Festival), this year held on July 4th, 2019 and upcoming Bahuda, let me express a few words on Lord Jagannath. Lord Jagannath, literally means, the Lord of this entire world . Can you believe, one of his devotees, Mr. K.K Sharma from Delhi,is going to create a history this year, by taking up a project at his own cost, to decorate the temples and the raths (chariots) with  a unique design of flowers, on the occasion of Rath Yatra, Suna Vesha,...

Interesting features of Bhubaneswar: a Temple City VS. Smart City

What are some important and interesting features of                    Bhubaneswar?? To an outsider, it may puzzle, whether Bhubaneswar is only a city full of temples,i.e. temple city, or it's something considered to be a smart city.  Thus it's my privilege to share a clearer perspective of it, being a resident of Bhubanswar. Yes, you heard it right. It's not only a culturally rich temple city but also one of the globally ranked smart cities. HISTORY: Well, let me start with its Foundation Day being celebrated on April 13, as on this date in 1948, the capital of Odisha was shifted from Cuttack to Bhubaneswr. It has a history of over 3000 years, emerging with thhe Mahameghabahana Chedi dynasty around 2nd century BCE. It's popularly known as 'Mandiramalini' or the Temple City of India. Because, it has innumerous temples situated on its periphery since time immemorial. In fact, the city, is said to h...
