                        CYCLONE "FANI"                                         It's a matter of great concern for all of us, living in the worst affected areas of Puri, Bhubaneswar etc. I belong to Bhubaneswar and am quite alarmed to witness such a natural disaster which ruined the globally ranked smart city of Bhubaneswar. Few days back, during pre-election time Odisha Govt. spent a huge amount of money towards developing the capital city which attracted the attention of all. We people felt proud to be living in the smart city very highly ranked globally. But, alas! What a drastic change within a very short period of time! As if, some supernatural power or evil spirits smashed everything down. Basically, I am sort of secular in nature. I don't believe in rituals and superstitions. But "Fani" made me think for a whil...
