What are some important and interesting features of                   Bhubaneswar??

To an outsider, it may puzzle, whether Bhubaneswar is only a city full of temples,i.e. temple city, or it's something considered to be a smart city.
Thus it's my privilege to share a clearer perspective of it, being a resident of Bhubanswar.
Yes, you heard it right. It's not only a culturally rich temple city but also one of the globally ranked smart cities.

HISTORY:

Well, let me start with its Foundation Day being celebrated on April 13, as on this date in 1948, the capital of Odisha was shifted from Cuttack to Bhubaneswr. It has a history of over 3000 years, emerging with thhe Mahameghabahana Chedi dynasty around 2nd century BCE.

It's popularly known as 'Mandiramalini' or the Temple City of India. Because, it has innumerous temples situated on its periphery since time immemorial. In fact, the city, is said to have been named according to a temple named 'Bhubaneswari'.                                                                                                                                                                     There are, many famous temples situated in Bhubaneswar, such as Lingaraj Temple, Rajarani Temple,Kedar Gouri, Ananta Basudev etc.

TRANSPORTATION:

Odisha Govt. has facilitated city bus service for the general public, transportation system being updated through digital technology, such as 'Mo Bus', 'Mo Cycle' which greatly benefits the students as well.

Also there's a facility of free wifi service provided by the government for the general public to use for the purpose of availing these services.

HOSPITALS:

Apart from the Unit-6 hospital, which has all the amenities provided to its patients, another important milestone in this field is that of All India Institute for Medical Sciences (AIIMS).

Apart from many other private hospitals such as Amri, Sum, Apollo, schools and colleges, such as Doon, KIIT, SAI which are quite eye catching, still there are countless educational institutions which greatly benefit the students in their career building. One such example is that of NISER, i.e., National Institute of Science Education and Research which is quite unique of its kind in India.

A compilation of view points on politics

It's peak time for Elections and there's news all over regarding candidature for contestants and their campaigns going on every moment. Different political parties spend a huge amount of money on this. But have you ever thought of the sources?..Where it comes from? Is it worth spending this much amount in this field? But *You yourself choose the Political Thief to rob you.* 3. *The most ironic one:* Police will chase and nab the Ordinary Thief.
