And probably,  due to these reasons, our lives have turned upside down. Today's generation kids must be wondering, what was the condition of children where there was no smart phone, no internet, no social media ????

Well, though it's correct that, hese were not available at that time. Yet children were quite joyful and having greater social skills than that of the presesnt generation kids. They were healthier.
I'm rather feeling nostalgic. Don't you?
Can you imagine how happy we were with the simpler lifestyle 50 years ago than the so called luxurious living now?

How we miss those days; those things of past which amused us more than what stressful life we are leading now. Alas!!
Let's go down the sweet memory lane.

Boys had fun with these things.

How can we ignore those golden days?? There was complete joy in the way children used to play, with no harm caused to themselves. It's missing in today's internet age, where children play games online; no physical exercise, no social skills.

Girls were overjoyed with the following things......

We were quite cheerful with the things available with almost no cost, though there were no pizzas, burgers, or KFC chicken available that time.

Vintage inspired collection

I'm sure you will like to have a look at the vintage inspired collection of mine, if you're from the 80's /90's and share them with your present day kids. They probably wouldn't understand what are these? But still,  they should have an idea about how their previous generation used to lead their lives.

A LEGENDARY FIGURE-- SAHADEB DAS [The untold story in History]

HOMAGE TO LATE SHRI SAHADEB DAS At the outset, it's my humble request to all to kindly pray that his soul rests in peace for ever."  A great freedom fighter, social worker, reformer and activist, late Shri Sahadeb Das was born in 1899. As Mahatma Gandhi to India ......as Sai baba to Shiridi .... as Gopabandhu Das to Odisha... similarly he was to Aul, Kendrapara. In fact, people in that locality admired him more than Gopabandhu Das.It can be verified through evidences. Because, he was no less than the others in fighting for the freedom of the nation. He was imprisoned several times during the British rule. He had completely neglected his family for the sake of society. After getting married for 16 years, he was blessed with his one and only daughter, Kunjalata Das. Most of the time he was out of home, doing social work. Hardly had she got any affection, he passed away in 1961 leaving his wife Radhamani and a small child to struggle ever a...

A compilation of view points on politics

It's peak time for Elections and there's news all over regarding candidature for contestants and their campaigns going on every moment. Different political parties spend a huge amount of money on this. But have you ever thought of the sources?..Where it comes from? Is it worth spending this much amount in this field? Is it justice to society as a whole? In stead it could have been utilized for other social causes. What is the difference between an Ordinary Thief (OT) & a Political Thief (PT) ? 1. The Ordinary Thief steals your Money, bag, watch, gold chain etc. But, *The Political Thief steals your future, career, education, health & business!* 2. *The hilarious part is:* The Ordinary Thief will choose whom to rob. But *You yourself choose the Political Thief to rob you.* 3. *The most ironic one:* Police will chase and nab the Ordinary Thief. But: *Police will look after and protect the Political Thief!* That’s the travesty cum irony of our curren...
